First of all, why is this thing not letting me change the listening/reading/eating/etc stuff?!  It kind of irks me. So I had a pretty long hiatus going on, but I think I'll be back on here fairly regularly again... so yay.  My wedding got pushed back again, but the legal part is getting done this fall most likely, while the ceremony should be next May.  Since I've been gone, several people that I held dear have passed away, which prolonged my hiatus quite a bit and hindered my art production...  No I still haven't finished typing the last part of The Red Bride, and yes I have an absolute poop-ton of photos to post - I'll probably do that today while Justin is at work.  I also have a drawing to post and a couple others I never finished.  No writing, but I h

After ten days without power, we finally see relief as the utility crews reach further into the rural areas around Madisonville.  I don't think we have cable or internet at my house yet, but I'm in Nashville right now anyway.  My family, and as many of our pets as we could take, spent the majority of our time in a small house with 11 other people(and 3 large dogs and countless smaller animals), where we pitched in to keep the small generator filled with gas.  As for my own home, the pine tree outside decided it was so cold that it wanted to come into my living room.  Yeah, so when it DID warm up, the melting ice came in the hole and utterly s
